In education, in work and in life

We are part of Instructus, a group of training and development organisations who exist to help people make progress in education, in work and in life.

We believe that training and development is integral to growth for individuals, businesses and communities. As a not for profit organisation, all proceeds from our commercial operations are fed back into our charitable activities. Through these programmes, guidance and support, we help people from all backgrounds gain the skills and experiences they need to fulfil their potential and transform their lives.

Developing people. Transforming lives.

In 2013 the Instructus Group grew to include Instructus Skills, CQM Training & Consultancy and the Springboard Consultancy. These unique, award-winning companies focus on different stages of professional and personal development, giving us the expertise to do more with our charitable status.

By incorporating our professional services into a single end-to-end learning experience, we work with charities, community groups and a range of other organisations to advance education for the public benefit.
