It’s official: Instructus Skills are a Grade One certification body for the third year running.
This November we were assessed by FISSS (the Federation for Industry Sector Skills and Standards) – the federation that allows us to operate as a certificating body – and were found to be operating at the highest level.
It’s up to FISSS to assess everything about our operation, from compliance in claim approvals and rejections through to customer satisfaction. It’s an in-depth audit that truly assesses our capability and capacity and covers everything from employee training to business insurance.
Chief Operating Officer Damian Brown said “I’m delighted that once again the Federation that oversees apprenticeship certification in the UK recognises the quality of service we deliver to our customers. We manage a broad range of sectors, each with their own subtle differences, and it’s a testament to the team that they can manage the diversity of certification rules.”
“It’s also great that we have kept this focus as we move some of the team on to manage End Point Assessment, which at its core requires similar skills and a quality first approach.”
Whilst our work is checked for quality every month, the result of this FISSS audit is a ringing endorsement of our service and the high standards that our certification team continues to achieve.
It’s not the first time that our team has received fantastic feedback either, as shown by our 96.7% recommendation rate amongst surveyed training providers.
Instructus certified over 80,000 apprenticeships in 2018 and continue to serve more learners than any other UK certification authority. To find our more about Apprenticeship Certification please click here. To visit FISSS please click here.
