Following continuous communication with regulators and stakeholders, we have this week implemented remote working across all operational roles. Despite this, we would like to reassure you that we are, and will continue to be, fully operational during this challenging time.
ORIGINAL UPDATE 16/03/20:
In light of the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, Instructus has decided to implement a company-wide home working option for its people. This has come into effect today (Monday 16th March) and will remain in place until further notice.
This is a preventative measure intended to ensure the health and safety of the Instructus team and to enable us to continue providing a service for our customers.
What does this mean for you?
We will continue to:
- Process apprenticeship claims and certificates
- Run Gateway and End Point Assessment
- Deliver skills-focused webinars
- Respond to your enquiries by phone and email
In effect, we will continue to deliver the level of service that you expect.
