Skills Development Scotland (SDS) have appointed Instructus Skills to deliver a UK-wide standards and frameworks review.
Delivery will involve consultation and development of a range of National Occupational Standards (NOS), qualifications and apprenticeships. To ensure that the consultation results are positive it is essential that employers and sector groups provide feedback.
Standards & Qualifications Co-ordinator Larisa Puk said: “Employer feedback is essential to ensure that the standards are up to date and reflect the professional sector. This is why we are looking for employers and other stakeholders across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland to get involved and tell us how these apprenticeships are working.”
“If any of the NOS or frameworks we review affect your business, please do not hesitate to get involved in the forthcoming consultations.”
Since the appointment we have begun work on reviewing two NOS suites, Social Marketing and Cleaning & Support Services. If you have any employees that have trained under these standards please follow the links below to join the review.
If you would like further information about the above or any future reviews, please get in touch with Larisa at firstname.lastname@example.org.
